MORSE COMPANIES
FOR AGENT OF THE YEAR
Westmont, Ill. – March 2003 – Allied Van Lines recognized Morse Moving., with offices in Romulus, Belleville, and Ypsilanti and Morse Hahnenberg Moving in Traverse City, Michigan, as Agent of the Year at its annual convention, held recently in Phoenix, Arizona.

Achieving an outstanding 22 percent increase in booking revenue and a 25 percent increase in hauling, Morse Companies was also recognized as the Most-Improved Booking Agent for the Household Goods Division.
From a global perspective, the agency increased its International shipment revenue in 2002 by more than 100 percent, earning the prestigious honor of Most-Improved International Booking Agent from Allied International.
“These honors would not be possible without the support of my entire team and my family,” said Dave Morse, a 14-year veteran of Allied Van Lines and president of Morse Moving & Storage, Inc.
Morse Moving and Storage, an ISO certified company, was established in 1954 by Herb and Vi Morse (Dearborn Residents). They have 11 children, nine of whom work full time in the business, which has grown to over 150 employees of which 23 are of Morse decent. Morse Moving & Storage, Inc., has been an Allied agent since 1989, with operations in several Michigan cities including Romulus, Traverse City, Ypsilanti and Belleville.
